For everyone’s safety, we have made these accommodations:

  • The entire Holiday Light Show route is one-way only, including entrance and exit points.
  • Expanded hours and added show nights to spread out the attendance.
  • Attendance is capped each night to limit the number of people on site at one time.

We think a little snow adds to the beauty of the event, but of course, if the weather presents a hazard, the Gardens’ decision to cancel the event will be made at 2 p.m. on the day of the event. You will be notified via email of any cancellation and about the rescheduling process. Also, please check the RBG website and Facebook page for updates.

Buy your dated tickets well in advance of the show date, as we anticipate selling out on weekends and dates near the holidays. We also recommend coming later in the evening (7:30 p.m. and later) to avoid peak crowds and times.

No, no pets are allowed. The gardens contain sensitive plants and landscapes, so please leave your four-legged friends at home. Exceptions are made for registered service animals.

Yes, both wagons and strollers are allowed at the Holiday Light Show.

We will have porta-potties available in the Wellness Garden (about halfway through the show) and in the main parking lot. No indoor facilities will be available.
