We’re back for another season bringing brightness to a challenging 2020. This year’s dazzling after-dark walk on the Gardens’ paths features more than ONE MILLION lights, themed light displays and animations for a family-friendly outdoor activity that has historically exceeded attendance records.

We’ve taken every precaution and have instituted several new rules and guidelines for 2020 to keep you and your family safe while still having a joyous holiday experience.

The Holiday Light Show is held at Rotary Botanical Gardens, located at 1455 Palmer Drive, Janesville, WI 53545.

On-site parking is limited. To avoid peak crowds, plan to visit early in the season, on weeknights, and after 8PM.

While we know that experts have said outdoor gatherings are safer than indoor ones, Rotary Botanical Gardens wants to keep the health and safety of our visitors, staff and volunteers top-of-mind and top-of action.

Due to the increase in COVID cases in our local area, and the crowds we have welcomed in the past, we’ve established new procedures and precautions for the Holiday Light Show.

We know everyone has different opinions on COVID-19 safety. While we respect varying views, we appreciate your understanding of our policies as an organization committed to our community.

COVID-19 Policy

Check yourself for symptoms of COVID-19 before you visit. These include fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle aches, headache, sore throat, loss of sense of taste or smell, congestion, nausea or vomiting, and diarrhea.

If you’re experiencing any of these symptoms apart from existing health conditions, someone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19, or you or someone in your household are waiting on test results, please do not attend the event.

Schedule & Tickets

Tickets must be purchased for use on a specific date. Select the event date for which you’d like to purchase tickets, then in the pop-up click on “Purchase Tickets” to visit the ticketing page for that date.

NOTE: There will be NO REFUNDS given on any Holiday Light Show tickets. Tickets are valid ONLY for the date selected at time of purchase. Tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen or unused. Refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction with the event. Refunds can be requested if Rotary Botanical Gardens cancels a show date because of inclement weather or other natural event.
